Service Passport

Version 1.2 · Effective Date: 12 June 2026

Purpose of this page. This Service Passport is provided for payment provider review, merchant compliance screening, acquiring-bank due diligence, and customer transparency. It explains what Digital Polygraph sells, how the service is delivered, what data is handled, and what the service is not.

1. Service Identity

Service name: Digital Polygraph

Website: https://effort-clarity.com

Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Andrii Vadymovych Nikolaiev, Ukraine (TIN: 2203001230)

Support contact: support@effort-clarity.com

Business model: paid online access to an engineering calculation session for software project estimation.

2. Plain-Language Service Description

Digital Polygraph is an online engineering calculation service for estimating project effort, expected duration, development stages, team workload, and delivery structure based on parameters entered by the user.

The service transforms a software project description into a structured engineering estimate and a downloadable PDF report. It is intended to support planning, comparison, internal discussion, and early go/no-go analysis for software projects.

3. Meaning of the Name “Digital Polygraph”

The word “Polygraph” is used as a metaphor for structured engineering verification of software project assumptions. The service does not test, monitor, profile, interrogate, or evaluate individuals.

Digital Polygraph is not a psychological polygraph, lie-detector service, biometric service, forensic service, investigation service, employee-screening service, or personal trust-scoring system.

4. What the Customer Purchases

The customer purchases one paid online calculation session. During the session, the customer enters software-project parameters into the calculator and receives calculated results inside the web application.

Current standard price: 20 USD per calculation session, or the equivalent amount shown by the payment provider at checkout. Any applicable taxes, payment-provider fees, or currency-conversion amounts are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Access model: pay-per-session. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal.

Session duration: the standard session window is 3 hours after successful payment. Any other available duration is explicitly displayed at checkout or in the service interface before payment.

5. What the Customer Receives

Within the paid session, the customer receives access to the software estimation workflow, calculated project-stage values, charts, total labor and duration outputs, and a generated PDF engineering estimation report.

No physical goods are shipped. No downloadable executable software is sold. The service is delivered digitally through the website.

6. Intended Customers and Use Cases

Digital Polygraph is intended for software founders, product owners, software buyers, technical managers, engineering planners, investors, analysts, and other users who need a structured estimate of a software project before committing time or budget.

Typical use cases include early project planning, effort and duration estimation, comparison of development scenarios, clarification of assumptions, preparation for internal discussion, and reduction of uncertainty before a software-delivery decision.

7. Calculation Model and Result Boundaries

Digital Polygraph uses a fixed engineering calculation model. The result depends on the project parameters selected or entered by the customer. For the same fixed input parameters and the same calculation model version, the system produces an identical calculated output.

The calculation model may be updated from time to time. Updates may affect future calculations, but they do not change already generated reports.

The service provides an engineering estimate, not a guaranteed delivery commitment. Actual software delivery may depend on team skills, management quality, requirements changes, technical debt, third-party services, market conditions, and other factors outside the service.

Digital Polygraph is an algorithmic estimation tool, not a consulting engagement. The output is generated by the calculation model based on user inputs.

8. What the Service Is Not

Digital Polygraph is not a financial advisory service, investment advisory service, legal service, tax service, medical service, medical device, psychological service, employment-screening service, gambling service, cryptocurrency service, adult-content service, military service, political fundraising service, or high-risk regulated service.

The service does not provide investment recommendations, legal conclusions, medical conclusions, personal profiling, credit scoring, identity verification, background checks, surveillance, or decisions about individuals.

The service is not a medical device under FDA, CE MDR, or any other medical device regulation.

8.1. Geographic Scope and Sanctions Compliance

The service is available to users worldwide except in jurisdictions where providing such services is prohibited by applicable law or international sanctions.

Digital Polygraph does not intentionally serve users located in countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations, Ukraine, or other applicable sanctions authorities.

By using the service, the customer confirms that they are not located in, are not a resident or national of, and are not acting on behalf of any person or entity from a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers displayed at checkout. Digital Polygraph does not directly process or store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or online-banking credentials.

The website may store or receive payment status information necessary to grant access to the paid calculation session, reconcile a transaction, prevent duplicate access, support the customer, and comply with accounting or payment-provider requirements.

More information is available on the Billing Information page.

10. Delivery and Fulfillment

The service is delivered online after successful payment confirmation. Access is provided through the web application, and the customer can complete the calculation workflow during the active session.

The service is considered delivered when the calculation result has been displayed and the PDF engineering estimation report has been generated or made available for download.

11. Refund Summary

Refunds are available only in cases of confirmed technical failure that prevents access to the paid session or prevents service delivery. Refunds are generally not issued after the calculation result has been displayed and the PDF report has been successfully generated or made available to the customer.

Refund requests should be sent to support@effort-clarity.com. Each request will be reviewed under the published Refund Policy.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled in cooperation with the relevant payment provider and in accordance with applicable card-scheme and provider rules. The operator maintains transaction records necessary for dispute resolution.

12. Data Handling Summary

Digital Polygraph does not require mandatory account registration for a standard calculation session. If optional account functionality is used, only minimal account data such as email and service-access records are stored as needed to operate the service.

The customer enters project parameters needed to perform the engineering calculation. The service is designed to minimize retained project data. Project input values are used to calculate the result and support the active session.

Customers should not enter payment card data, passwords, government identifiers, health data, children’s data, confidential personal data, or other sensitive information into project-description fields.

Technical logs, payment-status records, and support-related records may be retained for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, service integrity, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes as described in the Data Handling Note and Privacy Policy.

The website uses technical cookies and may use analytics cookies as described in the Cookies page.

Digital Polygraph does not sell customer conversation data, does not use project inputs for advertising profiling, and does not use customer project data to train AI models.

13. Customer Responsibilities

The service is intended for users aged 18 years or older, or the age of majority in the user’s jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Digital Polygraph does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a user is under the required age, they may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

The customer is responsible for entering accurate project parameters and for interpreting the report as an engineering estimate rather than a guaranteed outcome.

The customer must not use the service to submit unlawful content, payment credentials, personal secrets, medical data, children’s data, classified information, third-party confidential information without authorization, or content connected with prohibited goods or services.

14. Historical, Engineering, and Educational Content Notice

The website may contain engineering, historical, biographical, and educational materials connected with the author’s professional background and the technical evolution of distributed information systems.

These materials are informational context only. They are not the paid service, not a separate paid product, not political fundraising, not military service, not extremist content, and not a restricted product category. The paid service is the online software-project engineering calculation session and the related PDF estimation report.

15. Compliance Summary

It does not sell or facilitate physical goods, regulated financial products, investment products, loans, gambling, adult content, weapons, controlled substances, surveillance tools, identity documents, personal scoring, medical services, psychological services, political fundraising, military services, sanctioned transactions, or illegal goods or services.

Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.

The operator makes reasonable efforts to resolve customer concerns through the published support channel before any formal dispute resolution process is initiated.
