Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Andrii Vadymovych Nikolaiev, Ukraine (TIN: 2203001230)

Support contact: support@effort-clarity.com

Business model: paid online access to an engineering calculation session for software project estimation.

2. Product Sold

Digital Polygraph sells one paid online calculation session. During the session, the customer enters software-project parameters into the calculator and receives calculated project-estimation results inside the web application.

The deliverable is a structured engineering estimation result and a downloadable PDF report showing project effort, duration, development stages, workload distribution, and related calculation outputs.

Digital Polygraph does not sell physical goods, downloadable executable software, investment products, consulting engagements, personal evaluations, or regulated services.

3. Pricing & Billing

Standard price: 20 USD per calculation session, or the equivalent amount displayed by the payment provider at checkout.

Billing model: pay-per-session only.

No recurring billing: no subscription, no automatic renewal, no trial-to-paid conversion, no membership lock-in, and no hidden post-payment charges.

Any applicable taxes, payment-provider fees, or currency-conversion amounts are displayed at checkout where applicable.

4. Transaction Profile

  • Average transaction value: approximately 20 USD for a standard calculation session.
  • Transaction type: one-time digital-service purchase.
  • Recurring payments: none.
  • Expected volume: low initial launch volume; no high-volume or high-risk transaction pattern is intended.
  • Customer geography: worldwide, excluding jurisdictions where use of the service is prohibited by law or sanctions.
  • Chargeback profile: new or low-volume digital service; disputes are handled through the published support channel and the relevant payment provider.

5. Delivery / Fulfillment

The service is delivered digitally through the Digital Polygraph web application.

Access is granted after successful payment confirmation by the payment provider. The standard paid session window is 3 hours after successful payment, unless another duration is explicitly displayed before payment.

The service is considered delivered when the calculation result has been displayed and the PDF engineering estimation report has been generated or made available for download.

No physical shipping, logistics, or offline fulfillment is involved.

6. Refund Logic

Refunds are available only in cases of confirmed technical failure that prevents access to the paid session or prevents service delivery.

Refunds are generally not issued after the calculation result has been displayed and the PDF report has been successfully generated or made available to the customer.

Refund requests should be sent to support@effort-clarity.com and are reviewed under the published Refund Policy.

7. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution

Customers and payment-provider reviewers may contact support at support@effort-clarity.com.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled in cooperation with the relevant payment provider and in accordance with applicable card-scheme and provider rules. The operator maintains transaction records necessary for access verification and dispute resolution.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers displayed at checkout.

Digital Polygraph does not directly process or store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or online-banking credentials.

The website may store or receive payment status information necessary to grant access to the paid calculation session, reconcile transactions, prevent duplicate access, support the customer, and comply with accounting or payment-provider requirements.

9. Data Handling

Digital Polygraph is designed for minimal data handling.

The customer enters software-project parameters required to perform the engineering calculation. These parameters are used to calculate the result and support the active session.

Digital Polygraph does not sell customer communication data, does not use project inputs for advertising profiling, and does not use customer project data to train artificial-intelligence models.

Customers must not enter payment-card data, passwords, government identifiers, health data, children’s data, classified information, confidential third-party information without authorization, or other sensitive personal data into project-description fields.

Full data-handling details are provided in the Data Handling Note and Privacy Policy.
