General Information
This section describes the purpose and main characteristics of the system.
Purpose
The algorithms provided in this appendix are intended for implementation in the software (SW) of the Control Correction Station (CCS), which is part of the Regional Navigation Field Control Point (RPKNP). These algorithms ensure the solution of the following main tasks of the CCS:
- Reception and preliminary processing of measurement and digital information from navigation receivers included in the CCS and data from equipment determining tropospheric characteristics.
- Statistical processing of measurement information from navigation receivers.
- Current analysis of measurement information, ensuring the integrity control of the navigation field and analysis of the quality of navigation receivers' operation.
- Formation of differential correction information (DCI) and control of its quality.
- Encoding of measurement and other types of information for transmission to the Navigation Field Control Center (CKNP).
- Encoding of DCI in the RTCM SC-104 message format for transmission to regional consumers.
Characteristics
This appendix is also intended for the comprehensive coordination of algorithms for solving various tasks of processing measurement information in the CCS, describing the connections between various functions of the software, and determining the sequence of their execution.
Data exchange between various functions (algorithms) is carried out through a database (DB).
Notation Rules
The notation of parameters used in this appendix is formed according to the following rules:
- The first subscript indicates the number of the navigation receiver whose measurements are being processed.
- The second subscript, if present, indicates the number of the NSS (Navigation Spacecraft) to which it corresponds.
-
To distinguish between the stages of processing the same parameter, the last subscript (second or third) is used, containing a conditional number of the function that forms it:
- 1 - preliminary processing;
- 2 - filtering of measurement information;
- 3 - input of corrections taking into account the delay in the troposphere.
